Whatever you do, don't just email and say "it does not work"

In order for use to help, we need information. The more information you provide at the beginning will save you time and get your issue resolved quicker. This prevents us from have to ask a ton of questions.

Most common problems people report are: Channels not working, unable to log in, playback errors etc....

You should do a few things before contacting us. 

1) Check for new posts about the service, apps or maintenance. These are posted on the Facebook group, Telegram App news page and (sometimes) the website. Does an app or URL need to be updated? 

2) Test the issue on your Phone. Do you get the same or different results? (not possible with some app)

3) List everything you have done and what you are seeing. 

Copy and Paste the selected questions below and email and answers for each question. the more you answer the better.
