How to update a credit card or payment details.
There is nowhere on the website where you can enter new payment information at this time.
There are a few ways to update the payment information.
Option 1:
You can do nothing and wait until your payment fails to go through,
We will email you with a link to buy the service again. There is normally a 24-48 grace period so your account is not disabled immediately if your payment fails.
Option 2:
You can purchase the service now with the new card, We will swap it over and credit you with your payment. just email us after purchasing so we know this is for the new card.
Your payment date going forward will stay on the same day each month as it was previously.
If you choose this option, please leave a note when checking out "new cars" or "update Payment" as this tells us why you are purchasing. Or you can send us a quick email to let us know.
