IPTV Smarters is an Android app that works great on Amazon devices, Android boxes smart TV's and Android Phones. You can download this from the google playstore or Download and Install the LATEST IPTV Smarters PRO APP from the ARCstream Server or ARCstream APP.

Instructions: Open IPTV Smarters.
​xStream Codes Instructions

Click on xStream Codes API
On the Next screen Enter:

Name: Example ARC
​
Username : Enter your username
​
Password: Enter your password.
​

Click on Add User
​
All of the above must be correct or it will not work.
If you get a network error, something above is incorrect. TRY AGAIN. Email if you need help.

It will add your account if you put in everything correctly
​
Now Click on you Account, it will load to the Main Menu.

​Click on LIVE TV to see channel list
or
Click on Install EPG to see channel list with a program guide.
(not all categories will have a program guide)
This is how the Categories are laid out. (this may change over time)
scroll down to see more categories.
Pick a category
You can now see the channel in this category​
Now choose a channel - I selected ABC and it will change the small screen to that channel.
Select the same channel again and it will show the channel in full screen.
Press the back button to return to the menu.

Close down the app after each use so it refreshes the channel list when you open it again.

Playlist URL Instructions

Click on xStream Codes API

Download and Install the LATEST IPTV Smarters PRO APP from the ARCstream Server or ARCstream APP.

Instructions:

Open IPTV Smarters.
Click on Load Playlist or File URL
Click on the M3u URL option
Enter Playlist name (example: ARC)
Enter Playlist name
Enter this where is says "Any Name" (just use 1 word: example: ARC)
Type in your File URL where is says "imputm3u line"
Example http://tinyurl.com/xxxxxxxx (do not enter this url)
Click on Add user
If you entered everything corrctly you will get "user added successfuly"
Click on LIVE TV to see the channels.
Make sure you follow our Telegram News page to find out the status of channels and catagories, Not all are working.
Do not use the EPG on this app as it no working. If you want to use the TV guiode, you the APP Perfect Player.
