New Server Address for ARcstream Basic and VOD

You may get an error message when logging into your ARCstream Apps today.


The server URL has changed so this is the reason why.


This change only effects the basic single accounts and also the VOD accounts.

Premium and PLUS account are not effected.


What you need to do....


The ARCstream apps will get the new server address when you close and reopen the apps.. however...


Both ARCstream apps are different on how they work, so.....


ARCstream XC v5.0 app - You should just be able to click LOG IN and it will work.


ARCsrteam APP v3.0. - When you click log in you will still get an error,

You will need to delete your account from the app and log back in again. Go to switch users icon (top right) of main screen, hold down select button on your account, delete. Now add user. log in.

Delete user, then add user.


If you still have issue finding the switch profile icon , you can clear the data from the app and log in.


To clear the data for amazon devices:

from your amazon home screen. click

settings, applications, manage installed apps, arcstream live, clear data, (clear data again to confirm) , now scroll up to launch application. you can now log in.
