When things go bad it is important to know a few things......

Right now (Sept 19th) there is an issue with ARCstream LIVE and it's not just us that has the issue.
A large 3rd party software platform went down yesterday afternoon and has snowballed into a major issue.
When a problem occurs we get many messages and phone calls that the system is not working, we cannot reply or call everyone back, logistically this is not possible, so it is VERY important you know there is an issue. There are 2 ways you can get up to date important information.

Facebook - Join our facebook group, not as instant as the telegram app but it has important updates, not just for ARCstream LIVE but for other apps, updates, streaming etc.... https://www.facebook.com/groups/145693732679511/
This is the first time in the last 5 years I personally have come across an event that shut down a large section of the streaming world. This only effects LIVE TV, so the great news is that there are many apps that still work like Bee TV, Cyberflix, KODI etc....
As for ARCstream LIVE, it is being worked on right now. There is no time frame as this is completely out of our control. I do not want to promise you anything until I know for sure, however we will do a few things. We will be posting more details in the groups mentioned above.
We cannot set up new customers at this time, thank you for all the referrals. If you signed up over the yesterday or today we will email more information.
If this drags out, we will credit you back for the down time or we will look at temporary alternatives.
