New pricing and policy effective October 2022
This notice to inform you that pricing for ARCstream LIVE (not PLUS) is changing effective October 15th 2022.
We strive to not raise prices, in today's climate it is impossible not to. It has been 2 1/2 years (April 2020) since current subscribers pricing last changed.
The new cost will be what our current prices are. We have two packages. Basic package or Whole home package
Basic is for 1 stream (one device accounts) and is $14.99 per month.
Multi-stream is for 1-4 devices and can stream 4 connections simultaneously $24.99 for Multi-stream accounts.
This is our current pricing and has been since Feb 2022.
Nothing needs to be done by you, your service will continue as normal. There are options available to you if you need to make a change.
If you pay for single stream account (1 device) and wish to upgrade your account to a Multi-stream account you may do so using the link below. Multi-stream accounts allow you to watch on more than one device at the same time. (up to 4 connections)
Accounts are not allowed to be shared with friends and family. This is for your own personnel use. This will be enforced.
If you pay for two or more devices (a Multi-stream account) and wish to downgrade to a single stream account you can use the link below.
Single stream accounts allow you to watch on any device but only on one device at a time. Using the multi-screen on apps will no longer work.

If you do not want your price to change you may cancel your service using the link below. Please do so at least 48 hours before your next payment it scheduled as we may not have access to the system on weekends. To cancel, use the link below and scroll to the bottom of the page. cancellations can take up to 48 hours to process. No credits or refunds are given.

You can now save $100 on ARCstream PLUS. This discount is available to all ARCstream live subscribers on single device accounts and multistream accounts. Details on ARcstreamPLUS can be found here.

Your login information may be changed in the coming days, weeks or months. If we change your account, you will receive a new username and password.
