What is per account? You can log into ARCstreamPLUS on many devices but you may only watch on one account at a time. If you need to watch on two devices at the same time, then you will need two accounts, want to watch on three devices at the same time, then you will need three accounts and so on...
Each Account you purchase for ARCstreamPLUS will have a different username and password. Unlike ARCstream LIVE that uses the same username an password.
