We're Back Open and We're Giving Back
So the last 7 days have not been the best for the streaming world and ARCstream LIVE. The software outage from last week has made it one of the most challenging times I can remember in the last 5-6 years. It has been a huge scramble just to get some LIVE TV. We are now looking so much better than be did a week ago.
The Many "On-Demand" Apps we offer were not effected by the outage so Watching movies and TV shows was no problem.
ARCstream LIVE is back Open and working (kind of). New customers can now sign up here ARCstream LIVE and receive a special 30% discount using the coupon "open" on the first months service for new customers. coupon good until 9/30/19
There is much to be done yet but more and more channels are coming online everyday.

New apps need to be used, the ARCstream, LIVE app will not work right now. stay tuned for app updates.
This is still a very long process and we can understand your frustration that why we are giving back you our customers. We have decided to give back 50% of your last months payment as the service still is not where we need it to be but it is getting there.
For customers who have an active ARCstream LIVE subscription
As we have been down for the last 5 days we will refund you 50% of your last payment.
There are a few restrictions and conditions.
Payment must have been made within the last 30 days from today
Only customers who were active on September 19th 2019 and have an active Payment plan qualify. No duplicates, 1 submission only.
Refunds will take 2 business days to process.
You must submit this form by 10th October 2019 to qualify.
For customers who were on a trial, monthly special or one off deal.
