Looking forward in 2018
What a year 2017 has been for us. We wanted to thank everyone who has been a part of it.
Looking at 2018 we have some exciting ideas and plans to make 2018 even better. We wanted to take a moment to let you know what some challenges have been for us and for you.
Stability
I was not sure if I should call this section "changes", "developers" "links" but the overall theme has been that there are less links to choose from when searching for Movies and TV shows. If you have been using the software over the last few years you have been spoiled for choice when it comes to available links.
This has caused issues for all customers. Almost everyone has realized that if you use the same add-on every time, eventually that add-on will stop working and you think the whole system has stopped working.
We always try to remind you that every add-on is different, so it is very important to look through each add-on. Add-ons also change and improve over time so don't get stuck using the same add-on every time you may be missing out on a better one.
How to update your device
This is probably our number one question we get, if you watch our welcome videos on our website we point out where to go to get updates.
As a reminder, there are two parts to your device.
KODI - This on it's own contains no add-ons and apps inside it, it is a basic software program and gets updated 3-4 time per year.
The ARCstream Superbuild - This is the 2nd Part of and it is the customization inside kodi - It is the menu's pictures and add-ons that you use. This gets updated 5-6 time per year.

ARCstream SERVER
Looking forward in early 2018 our server is going to offer more options. It has been a great resource for customers who use it and it makes updating your devices so much easier.
When you sign up, your price is locked in.
We are raising our prices to our server very soon so now is a great time to lock in at a lower price.
We hope to release some features for our subscribers that will give you more download options.
Our quick setup file will be available when built to all our subscribers
Mail in Updates.
As of February 1st 2018 we will no longer offer complimentary mail-in updates. This has been taking up a large amount of man hours so we will charge a small fee if you choose the mail in option.
Phone support.
We expect to continue to have phone support for all our customers in the coming year. As we grow
New Devices
We expect to release 2-3 new products this coming year so stay come back soon in 2018 to see our latest units.
