If you are not an ARCstream Member, purchase a membership here first. When you receive your username and password for the ARCstream Server, follow the steps below to get connected to our server.
After you connect your device to the internet, we need to allow unknown sources to be installed onto the device.
STEP 1 - Unknown Sources
For Amazon devices - From the home screen, click settings, now click on device or My fire TV, scroll down to Developer options. You need to turn ON the option for "unknown sources"
For Android devices- this is generally turned on for most android devices, so skip this step.
Step 2 - Es File explorer
You will need to install the app "es file explorer" onto your device.
For Amazon devices - use the voice search on your remote, hold down and speak into the remote or click on Apps, category, productivity.
es file explorer will be in here. click on get or install.
note: if download fails to install, most time this is due to you not having an address in your amazon account. go to amazon.com update your account with an address.
For Android devices- Open the Play-store App, you will need to login, if you don't have an account, sign up. it is free. Search for "es file explorer" and install it.
Step 3 - Connect to our server
You will need to connect to our ARCstream server by using your username and password. If you need help finding this information please email us.

Step 4 - Install New files and software
It is now up to you to decide what apps to install. If you are wanting to install KODI, we suggest you install our quick setup file.
For Android devices ONLY- You may have an old version of kodi on your device. uninstall it before proceeding. go to settings, apps pick and app and click uninstall.

Most apps available are for on demand entertainment like watch the latest movies and TV shows. There is LIVE TV and sporting events available also but LIVE TV can be problematic and unreliable. If you want to truly cut the cable we highly recommend you get the ARCstream LIVE service
