Get our New ARCstream installer
Our installer recently had a connection problem due to a website issue. we have created a backup version called ARCstream installer v2. you can copy and paste this to your device from our server.
You will need to have access to the ARCstream server to download the file.
Open the Application: es File explorer
This is the home screen; your screen may look different than this if a newer Version of ES File Explorer is released.
You may or may not see a pop-up message asking you if you want to update. Press Cancel
You will see a column on the left: Click on Network
Now you should see some more choices, Click on FTP
Scroll over to the Server Folder: Click on the sever folder
Note: If you do not see this folder you must set up the connection using your username and password. Information can be found here. How to connect to our server
Click on the Installer folder
Choose highest version number. Highlight the latest Installer version: HOLD the select/OK button until check mark appears.
Click on Copy
Click on Local
Click on Home
Click on Paste
After selecting paste the file will be written to your device. You should now be able to run the installer as normal.
