If you received a device from us and would like us to update it for you then we can help.

If you still wish us to update your device for you, simply follow the steps below
STEP 1 - Purchase the service
The mail-in update service is FREE for Premium Members. You must pay for the return shipping back to you. Devices are shipped Priority mail with tracking (delivery in 1-3 days) back to you. The cost of shipping is $7.95.

We will remove the old software and install our latest ARCstream APP.
Full Factory reset of device and Update =$34.95 plus shipping
We will factory reset your device, reprogram with latest ARCstream APP
Update service for PREMIUM Members ONLY = FREE plus $7.95 for shipping

Step 2 - Wait
Please wait until we email you with the instructions and mailing address. Expect this email from us by the end of the next business day. You will receive an automated email for your purchase. This is not your instructions.
Step 3 - Mail it to us.
Please make sure you read our instructions and what you need to send. For most updates we only require the device. No cables, remotes or power adapter should be sent unless we specify.
Some tips -
Please keep a track of tracking number.
We will not replace missing or lost packages so add a signature required if you are concerned.
Once we receive the device it may take 2 business days to update depending on how busy we are. We will ship the item back to you and email you the tracking number once completed.
